Fred Cicchini: Registered Psychologist & Director Harmony Psychology.

Fred is a registered psychologist in the state of NSW and has a Bachelor of Arts Psychology, Post Graduate Diploma in Applied Psychology and a Post Graduate Diploma in Social Health from Macquarie University Sydney. Fred is an Associate Member of the Australian Psychological Society.

Fred has experience working with clients challenged by a range of mood disorders, addictions, relationship issues, family of origin challenges, career dissatisfaction and psychosexual dysfunction, in both an individual and group environment. Fred has been trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Family Systems Therapy and a particular interest in a range of other therapeutic techniques including Acceptance Commitment Therapy and Dialectic Behavioural Therapy.

In addition to his mental health experience, Fred has over a decade working in the Organisational and Human Resource context and has held senior delivery and management roles in the Career and Recruitment industry. Fred has Masters of Management from the Macquarie Graduate School of Management, Macquarie University and has extensive experience developing and mentoring staff and clients seeking clarity in a career context.

Ann Thornton Innes: Clinical Psychologist & Clinical Supervisor.

Ann is a registered Clinical Psychologist and board accredited supervisor with 25 years experience as a director of and senior practitioner within a multidisciplinary health unit. Ann has a Masters of Psychology (Clinical) from the Flinders University of South Australia and is a Member of the Australian Psychological Society with Clinical College recognition.

Ann is a dynamic and energetic clinical psychologist with a successful track record in managing patients and their recovery. Ann has developed an unparallel reputation in the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of adults, adolescents and children challenged by mental health concerns. Ann continues to work with clients seeking intervention for diagnosed psychological disorders, mood management, substance dependence, chronic pain and relationship issues in both an individual and group context.

Ann is recognised for her commitment to innovation in treatment and diagnosis, the evaluation of therapeutic outcomes, the development, implementation & evaluation of quality programs and to the training of health professionals to implement those programs. Ann has managed the day to day practice and professional development of psychologist and other Allied Health professionals, most recently within a national health organisation employing over one hundred Psychologists and physical therapists. Ann has been a Member of the Professional Practice Advisory Group to the Board of Directors of the Australian Psychological Society, has taught in the clinical programs of a number of Universities, has supervised Masters students in their clinical placements and is an accredited supervisor of probationary psychologists meeting registration requirements.
